Study on the evaluation model of collaborative governance capacity of sustainable supply chain in water diversion projects

Abstract In order to objectively evaluate the operation effect of Sustainable Supply Chain (SSC) collaborative governance Water Diversion Projects (WDPs), this paper, from perspectives SSC and governance, according existing modes WDPs, constructs management mechanism related subjects then evaluation model capacity WDPs by using DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory)-ANP (Analytic Network Process) method. Specifically, in indexes at various levels are selected through literature mining text analysis, mutual influence degrees among index determined with help DEMATEL, so that causality diagram can be drawn. On basis, we obtain global weight mixed each ANP method SD (Super Decisions) software, thus determining relative importance index. The study finds regard capability highest requirement is made on Information Collaboration Capability (ICC) which also provides foundational guarantee. proportion carried Subject Participation (SPCC) lowest, however, its 1.9077, second only ICC.
